Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

Return & Exchange Process

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of standard shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item once we receive the returned item. Please allow 10-15 business days for the exchange process to be completed.
